Smoosh Cookies held a soft opening Aug. 5 and a grand opening Aug. 10 at 9550 Spring Green Blvd., Ste. 406, Katy. Once a food truck, Smoosh Cookies serves customizable gourmet ice cream cookie sandwiches. Cookie flavors include chocolate chip, M&M and red velvet. Non-cookie options include brownie, churro and doughnut.
