Politan Row Houston, set to open this fall at 2445 Times Blvd. in the Rice Village, has confirmed four vendors for the new food hall drawing on local talent.
  • Phillip Kim's Breaking Bao Asian-fusion food truck will bring its lineup of sandwiches on steamed buns.
  • Cochinita & Co., a catering company and Mexican popup by Victoria Elizondo, will serve tacos, ceviche and other Mexican cuisine.
  • A new coffeehouse concept from Niken and Ecky Prabanto, owners of Greenway Coffee, will be called Susu Kopi, offering boba teas and Indonesian-inspired soft-serve.
  • The three will join the previously announced Bar Politan, an agave-focused cocktail bar under the direction of  Sophie Burton.
The indoor-outdoor 7,350 sq. ft. market will have space for up to 12 vendors. www.politanrow.com
