State Fare Kitchen & Bar, specializing in Texas favorites and Southern cuisine, will open its second location in Sugar Land Town Square, at 15930 City Walk, in late fall. The concept's first establishment, started by Culinary Khancepts, is at 947 Gessner Road, Ste. B190, Houston. It offers lunch, dinner, weekend brunch and happy hour with craft cocktails. The menu includes more than 70 made-from-scratch items, including frito pie and bayou bacon-wrapped shrimp as well as lighter fare, such as the EaDo Poke Bowl and vegan veggie spaghetti. www.statefarehouston.com
