Wholesome Kitchen & Bar, located at 250 Assay St., Ste. 100-A, Houston, will open on June 6 in Redemption Square in the Generation Park community, according to a news release from Integrate Agency. The restaurant, along with its neighbor concept, Wholesome Pies, are the brainchild of Houston restaurateur Michael Collins. The upscale kitchen focuses on serving dishes made from locally sourced and organic ingredients, such as pan-seared salmon, rib-eye, and seasonal soups and salads.
