La Estancia Italian Restaurant celebrated its one-year anniversary at 5361 E. 5th St., Katy, on Dec. 1 after several years operating as Pepino's Italian Restaurant in Montrose, the owner said. The Italian restaurant’s menu includes spaghetti, lasagna and eggplant parmigiana and guests can bring their own wine.
