The facility is undergoing renovations to expand its leasing area to more than 57,000 square feet—40,000 square feet of which has been pre-leased by tenants. Those tenants include North Water District Laboratory Services, Inc., a water toxicology testing laboratory, Eskimo Insulation, a spray foam insulation company, and the business office of Olde Dobbin Station, a wedding venue in Montgomery.
“We can’t wait to consolidate our operations in a single building," NWDLS CEO Derek McCoy said in a statement. “Besides the financial benefit of a larger, long-term lease deal on the building, centralizing operations will enable us to deploy our fleet into a wider service area to better serve our clients.”
The facility still has 15,000 square feet of office space available for lease.
“We can say with certainty that Eskimo [Insulation] is now ready to grow with intention,” Eskimo Insulation Executive Director Robert McCoy said in a statement. “The new facility gives us the capacity to grow vertically and become the leading supplier of spray foam for the Greater Houston Metro market.”
