Gadela Wines will open Feb. 10 at 8311 Ginger Drive, Spring. Owned by husband and wife Franco and Brenda Knoepffler, the winery completes the entire wine production process on-site—from fermentation and filtering to bottling and corking. The winery will open with three white wine varieties and a port wine available. The wine bar will offer cold finger foods like prosciutto, a variety of salami, crackers, nuts and a large variety of fine cheeses.
