New RE/MAX Legacy Living office to open off 1464 in Richmond by February

RE/MAX Legacy Living is expected to open a new office at 7119 FM 1464 Ste. 340, Richmond, by early February. The full-service brokerage firm which specializes in residential and commercial real estate has ten agents and plans to construct a team of 30 by the end of 2018.

Owners Jemila and Patrick Winsey are recruiting agents committed to becoming leaders and excited to take part in the Richmond community, according to Angela Johnson, manager and director of operations and development.

Johnson said once construction is complete, a grand opening, community open house and ribbon cutting ceremony with the Fort Bend Chamber will each be held at the office. Johnson said those interested in applying to become an agent should contact her directly at 281-989-9823.
