Tarka Indian Kitchen opened Oct. 18 at 2168 Spring Stuebner Road, Ste. 290, Spring. This is the eatery’s second Greater Houston area location. It offers traditional Indian dishes such as tikka masala, samosas, curries and kabobs. 346-224-8124. www.tarkaindiankitchen.com
