Palette Indian Kitchen will celebrate its grand opening Oct. 7 at 3559 Rayford Rd, Ste. 200, Spring. The Indian restaurant will offer dishes such as basmati rice with a choice of meat, thai red curry chicken, badami chicken and a beef naan wrap.
