The Toasted Yolk Café will open a new 4,500-square-foot location in the Shoppes at Grand Crossing in Katy, near the southwest corner of I-10 and the Grand Parkway. The breakfast and lunch restaurant is expected to open by early December. The restaurant will have a patio and offer menu items, such as meat and vegetarian egg scrambles, griddle items and sandwiches. The company has two Greater Houston area locations while more restaurants are planned for The Woodlands and Spring.
