The Marriott CityPlace at Springwoods Village will open near I-45 and the Grand Parkway in November 2018. The 10-story, 337-room hotel will include a restaurant, tech lounge, pool, pool bar, outdoor patio, grand and junior ballrooms, meeting rooms and a total of 33,000 square feet of space for indoor and outdoor functions.
