Owners and developers Keith and Rex Cartwright plan to break ground on Homestead Plaza in early April at the intersection of North Loop 336 West and North Frazier Street in Conroe.
The 23,800-square-foot shopping center will be used for upscale regional and national tenants, including retail and quick service restaurants. The center is due to open by the end of the year. 713-907-3482.
