Tang City Plaza in Missouri City is under construction and its owners expect to open the first of five buildings in March. The nearly 200,000-square-foot shopping center owned by Dreams Come True Realty will consist of four two-story buildings and one three-story building occupied by Asian-owned businesses.

The first building to open will measure 24,000 square feet and have Chinese, Japanese, Thai and Vietnamese restaurants, a dance and gym facility, a real estate office and an office for Dreams Come True. Each unit will measure between 1,500 and 3,000 square feet and a 57-room hotel will be built and operated by Dreams Come True.

An activity area with a playground, benches and landscaping will also be constructed in the center of the site for patrons and the community. The owners bought the land—located at 4899 Hwy. 6, near the Missouri City-Sugar Land border in 2015. 281-242-6655. www.dreamscometruerealty.com
