Gib Allen opened Open Gate Fellowship in mid-August at 26902 Hwy. 249, Tomball. The church, which formerly met in Allen’s home, offers weekly Sunday morning and Wednesday evening worship services, children’s activities, nursery services, outreach events and small group studies.

"We want to just help people," Allen said. "That's what it's all about."
