Waterfalls Cafe opened Sept. 14 at 5200 FM 2920, Ste. 180, Spring. The restaurant serves breakfast and lunch every day and plans to expand its hours to include dinner. Omelets, pancakes, French toast and waffles are featured on the breakfast menu and the lunch menu includes hot sandwiches, burgers and salads, as well as fried platters.
