Harris County Precinct 4 Constable's Office opened a new substation in May at 7817 W. Rayford Road, Ste. B, Spring. The substation serves as a base of operations for patrols in the northern part of the precinct and houses 60 patrol officers on day, evening and night shifts. 281-379-6134.
