After operating out of a home-based studio since 2009, Elecia Blaire opened Dancing Pen & Press in mid-January at 12639 Kluge Road, Cypress. The business offers letterpress wedding invitations, greeting cards and other cards made on an early 1900s antique printing press. Blaire also sells custom marriage certificates using hand calligraphy and watercolor.
