Pappas Delta Blues Smokehouse was expected to open a new Plano location in mid-September at 3916 Dallas Parkway. The restaurant specializes in barbecue favorites like hickory-smoked brisket, as well as southern dishes like blackened Mississippi catfish, fried chicken, smoked chicken gumbo and others.
