Gregory’s Bistro, located at 6675 Mediterranean Drive, Ste. 3120, McKinney, changed ownership Dec. 20 when it was purchased by new owners Jeffrey Cochran and Jason Roberts. Roberts and Cochran said there is a new chef transitioning in, but they do not not plan to make any major changes at this time. Former owners and founders Gregory and Lydia Moreaux plan to stay at the restaurant until mid-January to help the transition. 469-389-9741.
