Uncork’d Bar & Grill expects to open in late November at 301 N. Custer Road, Ste. 190, McKinney. The locally owned restaurant serves high-quality food and spirits with menu items including steak, burgers, pastas, wine and more. The restaurant will serve lunch and dinner and Sunday brunch. This will be the second Uncork’d with the other in Amarillo. Uncork’d is owned by McKinney resident Mike Baird who has more than 40 years of experience in the food service businesses.
