Tropical Smoothie Cafe will open Jan. 29 at 3805 W. University Drive, Ste. 300, McKinney. To celebrate the cafe's grand opening, the first 50 customers will receive free smoothies for a year. The cafe will also offer $0.99 smoothies Jan. 29. The cafe will serve smoothies, wraps, bowls, flatbreads, sandwiches and breakfast items.
