Noble Wolf Vodka expects to open a distillery in February at 465 Industrial Blvd., Ste. 400, McKinney. Noble Wolf has been in business since May 2016 and is the first vodka in the world distilled from 100% natural Florida grapefruit, according to the business. The vodka is also paleo and gluten free, as it is not distilled from wheat, potato or corn. The vodka can be purchased at Total Wine, Specs and Twin Liquors.
