Lokos Street Food expects to open in early August at 301 E. Louisiana St., McKinney. Lokos will feature street foods, mainly desserts, from other cultures. Menu items will include Japanese crepes, Greek vafliki, Mexican nieve de garrafa, snowflake ice cream, traditional Italian gelato, Vietnamese coffee, mangonadas and more. The store also expects to eventually introduce seasonal items, such as hot drinks, baked goods, street tacos and more.
