Construction began April 25 on Teresa’s House Craig Ranch, at 6531 Collin McKinney Parkway, just north of Children’s Health StarCenter McKinney. Teresa’s House will be an assisted-living center for adults and seniors with no age restriction. Residents of Teresa’s House will also have access to care from licensed nurses 24/7. Once complete, the project will include three houses, each catering to 12-16 seniors.
