9Round Fitness offers kickboxing in McKinney on Custer Road

9Round Fitness opened its first McKinney location March 15 at 301 N. Custer Road. Workouts at the kickboxing facility include nine circuit stations led by a trainer with routines that change daily. Stations vary from cardio and weight training to abdominal exercises.
