The new McKinney High School performing arts center is expected to open in August or September at MHS, 1400 Wilson Creek Parkway, McKinney. The 61,000-square-foot, 1,000-seat center will be used daily by the theatre, band, orchestra and choir departments. First performances will be held in December, according to McKinney ISD officials.
