A Waffle House will open at 1901 S. SH 121 Business, Lewisville. The 24-hour restaurant will serve a variety of breakfast and lunch options, such as waffles, eggs, hash browns, hamburgers and sandwiches. An opening date has not been announced yet. The current Waffle House, located down the street at 1181 S. Stemmons Freeway, Lewisville, will remain open until the building is acquired by the Texas Department of Transportation for the
expansion of I-35.
