The Grind Burger Bar & Tap Room opened its second location at 2500 King Arthur Blvd., Ste. 100, Lewisville, with a soft opening Dec. 4. The Grind’s menu features fresh, made-from-scratch burgers, such as the My Boy Blue, with Neuske’s applewood smoked bacon, blue cheese, avocado, smoked onion and baby spinach as well as the Umami Tsunami, with charred tomato, wild mushrooms, baconnaise and crispy Parmesan cheese.
