Leon Capital Group, a Dallas-based investment company, and the Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce, held a ribbon-cutting ceremony July 30 to celebrate the grand opening of Hillstone River Walk, located at 3900 River Walk Drive, Flower Mound.

Hillstone River Walk is a 225-unit multifamily community, that features amenities, including a fitness center with a yoga studio, a swimming pool, game room with billiards, rooftop lounge, kids play area, pet park, outdoor barbecue area and professionally landscaped grounds. A clubhouse with a business center, coffee bar and media center are also available to residents, and the property is managed by Sparrow Partners, a Texas-based multifamily management company.
