Layne’s Chicken Fingers, which opened its first location in 1994 in College Station, is expanding to North Texas. A location will open in the former Pollo Tropical building at 4650 SH 121, Lewisville, on May 30. The restaurant will serve chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast, potato salad and chicken sandwiches.
