Fuzzy's Taco Shop expects to open Jan. 27 at 8031 W. University Drive, Ste. 100, McKinney. The taco shop will offer tacos, burritos, nachos, quesadillas, soups and margaritas. The first Fuzzy’s restaurant opened in Fort Worth in 2003. There are now more than 100 locations across the United States.
