New Japanese restaurant coming to Southlake Town Square
Ozeki Ramen and Sushi is expected to open before the end of the year at 432 W. Grand Ave., Southlake. The eatery pursues a ramen izakaya concept, which refers to a Japanese pub. In addition to ramen, Ozeki will serve premium sushi and Japanese bar food, said Liz Barth, marketing director for Southlake Town Square, in an email. Longtime sushi and Japanese cuisine Chef Aden Eom and his team will lead this experience. A phone number and website have not been listed at this time.
