Owners Morris Ghandi and Juliette Gonzalez of Ruggeri’s Pescatore Italiano Restaurant expect to reopen their restaurant at 5604 Colleyville Blvd., Stes. A and B, Colleyville. The restaurant closed in May after a structure fire. The building was a total loss, according to city officials. On Oct. 2 the city of Colleyville held the first reading for a permit to sell alcohol to go along with the restaurant's food. No action will be taken by the council until the second reading for the permit. The restaurant specializes in serving Italian food with a romantic atmosphere and at this time plans to be open only during dinner. An opening date was not announced. www.facebook.com/pages/Ruggeris/136510709725522
