Townhouse Brunch opened in mid-May at 5509 Colleyville Blvd., Ste. 200, Colleyville. The restaurant serves breakfast, brunch and lunch. Owner Rima Alicev said drinks, such as mimosas and bloody marys, will be served alongside breakfast fare, such as the restaurant’s signature pancakes, eggs Benedict, and salads and sandwiches.
