Texas Gun Experience is coming soon to 1901 S. Main St., Grapevine. The business will function as an indoor shooting range.

At the Nov. 21 Grapevine City Council meeting, council approved a request from Carrillo Engineering to amend the previously approved site plan for the indoor shooting range. The configuration of the building has changed and will now be a single-story facility with access from Main Street.

The original investors received Council approval for the gun range several years ago, but the facility was never built.

The site will have both a gun shop and shooting range element brought from the owners of DFW Shooting Sports. The project is slated to open in October.
