Perry's Steakhouse & Grille is delaying its opening at 2400 W. SH 114, Grapevine by a couple of months. Perry's staff attributed the delay to unexpected utility installation delays, and project an opening date of early February 2018.

“Perry’s has proudly served North Texans from our Uptown and Frisco restaurants for many years, and we are thrilled to introduce another beautiful location to our loyal patrons—and those who’ve yet to experience Perry’s—in the thriving Grapevine/Southlake area,” Chris Perry, founder and owner of Perry’s Restaurants, said in a statement. “We’re putting some very special touches in this new restaurant and we can’t wait to open our doors and share them with everyone throughout the area.”

The Grapevine location marks the third Perry's Steakhouse & Grille in North Texas and features a 10,000 square-foot restaurant to accommodate about 400 customers. The restaurant's menu items will include the famous Perry's pork chop, filet mignon, prime ribeye, grilled salmon, pecan-crusted gulf red snapper, steamed lobster tail as well as soups and salads. Dessert items include creme brûlée, rocky road bread pudding, bananas foster and milk chocolate peanut butter candy bars.

Perry's also offers an extensive wine list.
