On Oct. 7, owners of The Roots Bar at Frisco Square announced on Facebook that the bar has closed. The bar first opened February 2016 at 6142 Frisco Square Blvd., Frisco, after taking ownership of the former eSpiritu Bar. The Roots Bar offered 15 different types of beers, liquor, specialty drinks and food menu items.
