Allen gains new breakfast and lunch spot with Sunview Cafe

The newest and fourth location of Galaxy Cafe is the first to serve pancakes. Galaxy Cafe open June 1 but started serving pancakes June 23. Co-owner Kelly Chappell said staff members tried more than 30 pancake recipes before settling on a vanilla buttermilk recipe.

Sunview Cafe, at 939 W. Stacy Road, Allen, opened mid-June. The cafe is open for breakfast and lunch and breakfast items are served all day. The menu includes meat and egg combos, skillets, omelets, pancakes, crepes, burgers, sandwiches and salads. 972-954-7400.
