Ivy Kids Early Learning Center expects to open in January 2020 at 300 N. Coit Road, McKinney. Officials broke ground on the early learning center June 20. The 15,484-square-foot facility will cater to children ages 6 weeks to prekindergarten and will include before- and after-school care for children ages 5-12.
