The city of McKinney's utility billing department expects to relocate Jan. 29 from City Hall, 222 N. Tennessee St., McKinney, to 210 N. Tennessee St., McKinney. The department will be open weekdays from 7:45 a.m.-5 p.m. A payment drop box will be available 24/7 on the south side of city hall.
