The Venue, 109 W. Lamar St., McKinney, expects to open in January with an open house Jan. 20. The Venue can hold up to 120 seats in its 1,600-square-foot main room and offers a 600-square-foot cocktail hour space. A small Bose audio system and stage are included in the venue fee.
