Plano residents Jim Martin and Linda McCall will open XO Coffee Co. at 1025 E. 15th St., Plano, by early December after a few delays with contractors and permitting. The European-style cafe will offer a breakfast and lunch menu, grab-and-go items, and desserts. The cafe will also have a special weekend brunch menu as well as craft coffee and tea drinks and a special menu for children.
