Silverado of Onion Creek memory care to become The Auberge

The Silverado at Onion Creek will become The Auberge in July.

Silverado of Onion Creek, an assisted-living facility specializing in memory care, will be taken under new management July 1. Frontier Management will take over the facility, which will be renamed The Auberge at Onion Creek.
