East Austin’s Jacoby’s Restaurant and Mercantile opened Jacoby’s Just Casual, a burger trailer offering a selection of grass-fed gourmet burgers, at Little Woodrow’s in Southpark Meadows, 9500 S. I-35, Austin, on Jan. 15. The trailer is available to rent for special and corporate events, and online ordering is offered.
