Farmhouse, a 235-unit multifamily complex with six contiguous buildings on 7.38 acres, is under construction at 10801 S. I-35, Austin.

The project will feature four stories, two courtyards, a pool, a rooftop deck and a shuffleboard court when its first units open in April, said Greg Smyrl, principal at Ardent Residential L.P., the Austin-based developer of the project.

“It’s different in that it’s taking kind of an urban-style building and putting it in a suburban location,” Smyrl said, noting the rent range has not been determined.

Oden Hughes LLC is building the project.
