Torchy’s Tacos will open its new Dripping Springs area location off of West Highway 290 in Belterra Village, 166 Hargraves Street, Austin, on May 15. The restaurant will include dine-in, take out and online ordering options. The menu will include Torchy’s Tacos staples including the Trailer Park taco, Baja Shrimp taco and Green Chile Queso with chips. The restaurant will host a public preview event May 14 from 5-8 p.m. that will feature free food before officially opening for business at 7 a.m. May 15. www.torchystacos.com
