Corridor Collective is an upscale office space designed for businesses that have outgrown their small-scale workspaces, such as a garage or kitchen table, but aren’t yet equipped to handle a full building lease.
The company opened its space in early August, welcoming business owners to the seven available private offices and a bookable conference room.

Owner Whit Ehrich has been in business in San Marcos for over 20 years with his managed services provider company, Hill Country Tech Guys.
He started Corridor Collective to help business owners overcome the hurdle of finding a professional workspace, a struggle he experienced himself, according to a company statement.
