The mixed-use project formerly known as Lantana IV is now "Lantana Pass," according to developer Doug Ivey. Currently under construction at 7717 Southwest Parkway, the development will include 11,000 square feet of retail space, a coffee shop with a drive-thru, and a large restaurant with a patio. Private early learning school WonderWell opened on-site in January. Completion of the development is expected in 2020.
