The city of Sunset Valley and the Barn reached a settlement in March.

A bar and beer garden in The Barn development at 6218 Brodie Lane, Austin, opened Oct. 27. The establishment sells craft and domestic beer and wine and holds live music performances Tue.-Thu., according to owner Anita Dunn.
